We specialise in the
manufacture of custom weathervanes laser cut from various metals.
Below are just a few examples so please contact us should you have a
specific requirement.
As standard the vanes are cut from 4mm thick aluminium which are then
acid etched primed prior to polyester powder coating for extreme weather
protection. Alternatively they can be cut from stainless steel for a
polished finish to create that modern contemporary feature.
All our weathervanes ride on a stainless steel rod
complete with 2 bearings to ensure free and silent rotation. Various
fixing kits are available to allow the weathervane to be installed in
most situations.
